Installation of a new Amiad Water Systems - Arkal Spin-klin 3"
Installation of a new Amiad Water Systems - Arkal Spin-klin 3". This project involved the removal of the old filter system, modifying existing pipework, and installing the new and improved filtration system to ensure the efficient and effective management of water.

IBC Storage Unit - Gates
Successfully completed project at the GIB Factory: Fabrication and installation of large gates (2.2x3.2m) for IBC Storage units. Process included building, galvanizing, and fitting wire netting. Project delivered efficiently with satisfaction.
Fabrication of Stainless Steel Battery Boxes
fabrication of stainless steel battery boxes with vents for multiple sites. The battery boxes were designed to securely house batteries while ensuring proper ventilation to prevent overheating and ensure optimal performance.
Valve Refurbishments
This project involved refurbishing valves to enhance performance and durability. We collected, disassembled, sandblasted, and powder-coated the components, then reassembled the valves with new packing and gaskets. The refurbished valves are now ready to use and delivered back to the customer, ensuring improved efficiency and reliability.
Wooden Top Workbench with Metal Frame
This project involved the creation of a custom workbench designed to meet the specific needs of the customer. The workbench features a sturdy wooden top, crafted from a large pallet provided by the customer. We also fabricated a robust metal frame that was spray painted black for a sleek and durable finish. The final dimensions of the workbench are 3700mm in length, 1200mm in width, and 900mm in height. It is equipped with industrial-grade braking wheels, ensuring both easy mobility across the customer’s site and stability during use.
Switchboard Modifications & Safety Compliance Enhancements
This project involved switchboard modifications to improve safety and compliance. We installed plastic covers to tidy cables and fabricated stainless steel boxing to cover exposed wires and openings. Additionally, we added legs to the electrical cabinet for stability, enhancing safety and organization.
Fabrication of Light Mounting Brackets
Fabrication of 21 light mounting brackets. The brackets were galvanized for corrosion resistance and durability, ensuring they can withstand the outdoor elements. Once completed, the brackets were delivered onsite, ready for installation.
Panel Cover for Enhanced Display Screen Visibility
Loader Bucket Adjustment
Adjusted the loader bucket to a smaller size according to the customer's specifications and then repainted it for a fresh, protective finish.
Wastewater H2S Sampling / Measurement Tool
We fabricated a Wastewater H2S Sampling / Measurement Tool for temporary installation on air valve chambers. This tool allows for the measurement of H2S concentration and flow, aiding in accurate monitoring and safety management.
Wastewater Wet Well Stairs Replacement & Safety Improvements
We removed the old stairs from the wastewater wet well and fabricated new galvanized mild steel staircases, which was then installed for safer access. Additional safety enhancements included sealing the bottom of the well with aluminum plates and installing a pulley system at the top for safe opening and ventilation before entering.
Custom 4x4 Vehicle Upgrades and Fabrication
We designed and fabricated custom rock sliders and a bash plate for a Toyota FJ Cruiser, using durable materials and a sleek powder-coated finish. We offer custom fabrication services for all types of 4x4 vehicles.
Custom Fabricated Industrial Run-Out Tables
We designed and fabricated three high-quality run-out tables, each measuring 8000mm (W) x 1100mm (D) x 950mm (H). The frames are expertly constructed and finished with durable yellow paint for visibility and style. Each table features custom base plates with 150mm urethane castors (swivel with brake) for easy mobility and heavy-duty use. The tops are fitted with sturdy 18mm MDF plywood surfaces, making them ideal for industrial, manufacturing, or workshop environments.
Truck Deck Repair
We recently completed a truck deck repair for Burrows Concrete, welding in durable 5mm mild steel checker plates to ensure the truck is ready for reliable service. Custom Bollards & Staples with Reinforcement Cages
We fabricated 12 custom bollards and staples with reinforcement cages for concreting applications, working closely with the client from concept to final product. To ensure safe delivery, we carefully packed everything in bubble wrap before handing it over to the customer.
